4. Design
Based on your business type and the original premise's floor plan, we will create an efficient plan that meets Access Canberra's requirements. We will then generate multiple design visualizations, which can be customized based on your feedback.
5. Site Assessment
At this stage, we perform a site assessment to take measurements. Following this, we provide clients with a detailed project program.
6. Purchase Equipments
At this stage, the client needs to decide on the equipment required to ensure it fits the plan. They also need to place equipment orders to ensure stock availability and match the estimated delivery time with the construction schedule.
7. Quotation for Fitout​
Next, we present a comprehensive project fit-out quotation that takes into account all design details, materials, and an estimated job delivery timeline.
8. Construction
Our experienced project manager oversees the construction process to ensure high-quality finishes are achieved within the specified timeline.
9. Licensing
Simultaneously, we assist the client in obtaining the relevant government licenses.
10. Turn Key
Finally, we handover the completed project to our client, the venue is ready to operating.
11. Media Launch
We can also organize a media launch for your business, which includes hosting a soft opening party with canopy food and drinks, a DJ, and inviting influencers and media personalities to help launch your opening.
12. After Service
We are always here to help you boost your sales. We can assist with marketing efforts and provide any relevant marketing materials or customized packaging you may need.
